How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on the type of jewellery you choose. For a non-personalised piece, ready to ship, allow 7 to 10 business days. For a personalised piece, each item is handmade to order: allow 14 to 16 business days.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 30 days from receipt to return an unworn item in its original condition. Personalised jewellery, made especially for you, is not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Is the jewellery water-resistant without losing its colour?

Yes. Our jewellery is made of stainless steel with an 18-carat gold PVD coating. It is 100% water-resistant and does not lose its colour: you can wear it in the shower, at the pool or at the beach without worry.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

Yes, as long as production has not started. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order with your order number, and we will adjust your personalisation before it goes into production.

Does the jewellery look exactly like the photo?

Yes, our photos are true to the real product. Slight variations in shade may appear depending on the lighting and your screen settings, but the jewellery you receive matches the one shown.
