Size & materials

A teardrop synthetic black obsidian, held by raised vines and five-petal flowers, on a metal alloy band engraved with tiny flowers. The finish is oxidised by hand to bring out every petal, so each ring is slightly unique.

US sizes 6 to 10 (EU 52 to 62, UK & AU L½ to T½) — inner diameter 16.5 to 19.8 mm (0.65 to 0.78 in).

Care

Take it off before swimming, showering or cleaning — seawater, hand sanitizer and household products dull the finish.

Perfume and lotion go on first, the ring after. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and keep it in its pouch, away from your other pieces, so the stone doesn’t get scratched.

Shipping

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.

Not everyone can wear black obsidian.

Black obsidian

Not everyone can wear black obsidian.

If you stopped here, it already chose you.

This isn’t just a ring. It’s black obsidian — the stone of protection. For centuries it has been worn by people who are done carrying what was never theirs: other people’s envy, their gossip, their heavy energy.

It cuts through what you don’t see coming

The spear of the night

It cuts through what you don’t see coming

That’s what they call black obsidian. Worn on your hand, it’s said to cut through:

  1. ✓

    Whispers

The talk behind your back, the comments that were never meant to reach you.

  2. ✓

    Jealousy

The envy you feel in a room before anyone says a word.

  3. ✓

    Hidden intentions

The people who smile at you and want the opposite.

  4. ✓

    Whatever isn’t meant for you

Moods, drama and stress that belong to someone else.

It doesn’t just sit there. It works while you get on with your day.

Black doesn’t repel energy. It absorbs it.

Why black

Black doesn’t repel energy. It absorbs it.

Most charms try to push bad energy away. Black obsidian is said to work differently: it takes it in, transforms it, and gives you back the strength it was trying to take.

That’s why it’s worn every day, close to you — a shield for your energy and a guard for your aura.

Black responds only to those ready for change.

Shields your energy

A boundary you can see: what’s yours stays yours.

02

Guards your aura

Worn to keep jealousy and bad intentions at arm’s length.

03

Keeps away what’s not meant for you

Less drama, fewer people draining you, more room for you.

Looks like an heirloom

Flowers, vines and a deep black stone — people will ask where it’s from.

Flowers and vines, wrapped around the stone

The teardrop obsidian is held by raised vines and tiny five-petal flowers, and the band is engraved with a row of blossoms. The antique, oxidised finish brings out every petal — it looks handed down, not bought yesterday.

Protection only works if you wear it. It comes in real ring sizes — US 6 to 10, EU 52 to 62, UK and AU L½ to T½ — so it sits comfortably from your first coffee to the end of the day.

Once you wear it, the protection becomes yours.

FAQ

What does black obsidian do?

Black obsidian is traditionally known as the stone of protection. It’s worn to shield your energy and keep jealousy, gossip and bad intentions from getting to you — a reminder, right on your hand, that not everything is yours to carry.

Is the obsidian real?

It’s a synthetic black obsidian, made to have the same deep black and glossy finish as the natural stone.

Which hand should I wear it on?

Whichever feels right. Many people wear protective stones on the left hand, the receiving side; others prefer their dominant hand, where it’s always in sight. Ring finger, middle or index — just pick your size for that finger.

What size should I choose?

Wrap a strip of paper around the finger you’ll wear it on, mark where it overlaps and measure the length — then match it in the size guide. Sizes run US 6 to 10 (EU 52 to 62, UK & AU L½ to T½). If you’re between two sizes, take the larger one.

Will it tarnish?

The darker oxidised finish is part of the design — it’s what makes the flowers stand out. Keep it dry and wipe it with a soft cloth and the raised details keep their shine.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days: if it’s not for you, send it back and we’ll refund you.
